Many have heard that inflammation is the silent killer; or that adrenal fatigue is the silent killer; or that toxicity is the silent killer…and they are all toxic killers. But there are even more. The one we are going to focus on today is mold.

People often think that mold occurs in homes that are dirty. Or that we can see mold growing in damp or wet areas.

Unfortunately, we can’t see many molds. While they may grow in damp basements or crawl spaces; leaks in the roof; in bathrooms or kitchens; and around windows; if you ever had a flood that was not properly dried and cleaned; or during renovations; they may also grow behind the walls or under the floors. Many molds grow unseen.

The challenge is with what happens when they release toxins that get into your body – into your immune system. They can evolve and grow throughout your body and you not even know it!!

Now, we have to be careful here. Not all molds are bad. Not all molds release poisonous mycotoxins. But when they do, they can contaminate a wide variety of materials in homes and buildings. They can inhabit clothes, draperies, furniture and even linens. They can also be in the very food you eat. From here they can move into your body.

Once inside your body, they can cause all kinds of issues as they move from the immune system to the joints, to the nervous system and to the brain.  So of course, we need to proactive and prevent them invading our homes and our bodies.

Unfortunately, many are already suffering from their invasion which can evoke all kinds of issues from aches & pains to gut issues to respiratory issues to neural issues. The following are a list of possible indicators that you have mold poisoning:

  1. Anxiety
  2. Auto-immune issues
  3. Blurred vision
  4. Brain fog
  5. Confusion
  6. Depression
  7. Fatigue
  8. Gastro-intestinal tract issues
  9. Headaches
  10. Inflammatory problems
  11. Memory issues
  12. Mood issues
  13. Muscle aches & pains
  14. Neurological issues
  15. Numbness / tingling
  16. Sensitivity to light
  17. Sleep issues
  18. Weight fluctuation

If you have any of the above symptoms you may want to find a good Health Practitioner and determine whether or not you have mold in your body causing issues.
