Learn 5 Simple & Easy Steps to ELIMINATE Your Arthritis

Arthritis is a prevalent disease in North America.  I was one of the victims…some years ago, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid and osteo arthritis AND I had fibromyalgia.  I was in a lot of pain taking 3-4

Then I got smart.  I researched all the different theories behind arthritis.  Working with  different supplements; altering my diet; eventually I no longer had arthritis!

Now as a Dr of Natural Medicine, I give people the option:  do you want to manage your arthritis or do you want to eliminate it.  The choice is yours!!!

STEP 1:  Understand the different causes of arthritis:

  1. toxicity in our foods
  2. lack of nutrients in our foods
  3. lack of gut bacteria
  4. processed, pasteurized, micro-waved, artificial foods
  5. toxic water
  6. metal toxicity
  7. infection
  8. trauma to the body with unresolved sub clinical inflammation

All of the above issues will lead to :

  1. oxidative stress (increased free radicals)
  2. inflammation

So perhaps you need to start increasing your :

  •  Increase your Anti-oxidants:
  • Increase your probiotics (note: you don’t want the kind that just drops the probiotic into the duodenum, but rather delivers the probiotic throughout the small and large intestine)
  • Glutathione accelerators
    • either turning on the genes that make the tools to make glutathione
    • OR provide the “pancake mix” to make the glutathione
    • OR work with a nano-sized glutathione in a transport mechanism that pushes through the cell membrane
    • OR both
  • REAL Chocolate (highest levels of anti-oxidants) – note anti-oxidants are very susceptible to heat; make sure you don’t kill them with heat.
  • Increase your Omega 3s anti-inflammatories
  1.      Flax seed
  2.      Hemp Seed (2x better than Flax seed)
  3.      Salba/Chia Seed (4x better than Hemp Seed)
  4.      REAL Chocolate (excellent source of omega 3s + highest levels of anti-oxidants)
