I was diagnosed with fibro.
Then later diagnosed with rheumatoid and osteo arthritis as well.
Together, that’s called Polymyalgia.
It’s all gone. It can be for you too. I can show you how. For more information, contact Dr. Holly at holly@choicesunlimited.ca
Historically fibro was a catch all term when they couldn’t find a problem.
Subsequently there have been a number of different theories about it: The American Rhuematoid Association had their’s and there have been a number of others. From auto-immune to mineral and/or omega 3 deficiencies to a toxic liver creating methylated estrogen causing fibroids.
We can safely say that the term Fibro reflects a number of symptoms with a medically unknown cause. There are 9 pairs of points on the body that cause significant pain. Some say the central nervous system is not able to control what it feels, so ordinary muscles, joints and soft tissues are experienced as painful even when there is no injury or inflammation.
Additional signs & symptoms for Fibro may include:
Widespread pain
Urinary & Pelvic Issues
Imbalance
Nausea
Sleep disorders
Dysmenorrhea
Weight intolerance
Fatigue
Morning stiffness
Chronic headaches
Vision Problems
Weight gain
TMJ Syndrome
Myofascial Pain
Bowel issues
Depression
Night sweats
Non cardiac chest pain
Chronic pelvic pain
Skin Issues
Plantar/heel pain
Ear-nose-throat complaints
Heartburn, palpitations
Dizziness
Abdominal pain
Bloating & gas
Dry burning eyes
Acid reflex
Sensory sensory, i.e., visual, bright lights, sound,
Shortness of breath
“Fibrofog” = Cognitive/Memory Impairment
Multiple Chemical Sensitivities
How can all of these symptoms be associated with one syndrome?
Well if the liver is toxic, and it is in most of us, then estrogen is not effectively broken down. Normally this is done in three steps: step one adds a chemical group that makes it a dangerous oxidative estrogen (why we take anti-oxidants – if not then we are bound for estrogen based cancers); step two: the liver adds another molecule to make it water soluble, this is methylated estrogen and what can cause fibroids and enlarged prostates; step three: the liver adds glutathione – if no glutathione then we have fibromyalgia.
Glutathione
Glutathione is the master antioxidant. It is used more than any other antioxidant in the body. Boosting glutathione helps in many conditions. Antiaging, detoxification, weight loss, smoking, cancer prevention, heart disease, HIV are all conditions that can use glutathione for support.
Glutathione cannot be taken directly as a supplement. It doesn’t survive the intestinal tract. The only way to boost glutathione is to take the nutrients that make it up. Dr. Keller’s MAX GXL has a composition patent on the nutrients in the proper ratio that allow for the increase of glutathione production in the body, i.e, 292% in three months.
In addition there are a few minerals that we tend to be deficient in and the omega 3’s. Important to take a really really good supply of a variety of omega 3’s and in a few different forms. Additionally, some of the B vitamins end up being very important.
The other nutrients that are needed to form glutathione, listed in roughly the most common deficiency first order, are: zinc, cysteine, glutamate and glycine. And, sometimes the herb watercress is needed.
Increasing Glutathione Simplified
Dr. Keller, MD, created a product that has a composition patent and allows for the body to increase synthesis of glutathione approximately 292% in 3 months. We have this product for you.
Conclusion
At the beginning of the article I mentioned coffee is a cause for fibroids and I said how cutting back on this would often reduce the amount of fibroids is that a women might have and her breast tissue. The reason this is important is because the liver also breaks down compounds in coffee, and when it is over tasked with this job, then the estrogens get backed up and don’t all get cleared. And, you can get deficient in glutathione.
The same thing happens when there’s a lot of stress. The stress hormones also go through the same three phases of detoxification in the liver. People with fibromyalgia often notice the symptoms worsening when there is more stress in their life.
This is also important for smokers, they tend to age faster because cigarette smoke uses up the glutathione at a very fast rate. Which of course would make fibromyalgia symptoms much worse.
Diet and detoxification are very important to eliminate anything that acts like an estrogen in the body. Once detoxification occurs, then rebuilding with the proper nutrients is very important.
Aggravating Factors include: cold weather or dramatic fluctuations in weather; premenstrual and menopausal states; depression, anxiety and over-whelm may all contribute to the symptoms.
