Water is an very interesting molecule – not as simple as we used to think. But before we get sidetracked into a detailed discussion – let’s look at the variables that are most important in every day life.
Because we are alkaline systems, the water we drink should be alkaline. Some tell us our water intake should have a pH from 7.5 to 8.5. pH is the determination of acidity vs alkalinity. Yet, what comes out of our tapes only needs to have a pH of 5 – which is acidic.
Even more scary is the fact that many bottled waters have a low pH – even as low as 3!
Further, for water to be useful to the system – get in there and cleanse – it needs to have a molecular structure of 3-6 molecules. Yet, as water becomes more acidic the structures become more complex – up to 15 – 22. This now makes water toxic – it is not only acidic – it is toxic. Thankfully, it can’t cross the membranes.
For water to be useful to our system – we want to create a high alkalinity and a low molecular structure. Then it gets in where we want it to and cleanses what we need it to.
To help alklainze your water system – you can buy systems like the Kangen water system and many others similar to it. Or you can buy Prills and leave them in your water jug. Or you can buy products like Isawater and spray it into the water as you use it. Most importantly - stop buying bottled water. Know your water source before you drink it.
